Julia Shaheed

Julia Shaheed grew up in New Jersey and is currently a Cybersecurity undergraduate student at the University of South Florida. She is working as a Data Engineer on a publicly hosted hydrology research dashboard. She develops and deploys interactive web applications that visualize data from 10+ river basin monitoring stations using JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and GeoJSON. She also implemented a river flow forecasting module that analyzes multi-decade daily time-series data, enabling users to explore projected wet and dry season trends through dynamic visualizations. Her work focuses on transforming complex environmental datasets into accessible, research driven digital tools.
